C.6.1 All SWS wage assessment agreements under the terms of this schedule, including the reasonable percentage of the minimum wage to be paid to the worker, must be submitted by the employer to the Fair Work Commission. b) The performance of first aid tasks is subject to the agreement between the employer and a worker, in addition to normal tasks. b) at any time by written agreement between the employer and the worker. C.6.2 All SWS wage agreements must be agreed and signed by the parties to the workers` and employers` assessments. 7.6 Except under item 7.4 (c), the contract must not require the agreement or agreement of anyone other than an employer and a worker. The government has pledged not to order contractors to use “bandwidth” to determine the number of employees who met progress standards, at least before the November 7 hearing. 30.1 The employer may grant sabbatical leave to 80% of a worker`s salary, provided that the worker agrees to reduce his salary by 20% for the working time in question and the worker who enters into an agreement with the employer on the terms of the sabbatical. The union says the ministry`s instructions are aimed at implementing a new performance and development process, in violation of clause 13, paragraph 3, of the agreement. Further consultations on the new policy are expected to be tense, with the union believing that the government has jumped in the face with the Minister`s announcement on October 8 and briefings from regional directors` directors. D.6.1 An intern who completes an internship of school age may, with the intern`s consent, receive an additional 25% for all regular hours of work instead of paid annual leave, paid personal/person leave and absence paid on public holidays, provided that, if the trainee is working on a public holiday, the legal provisions of this bonus apply. The professional categories offer maximum expertise in a particular area and are responsible for the management and provision of the support service. This may include the professional management of other professionals or the management of a key program or project within a school or school group. But the government denies doing anything wrong, and department secretary Richard Bolt wrote to all principals on Tuesday to dispel the “some misunderstandings” of the “strong comment” that has followed regional principals` presentations to principals in recent weeks. The training contract refers to an internship contract between an employer and a worker registered with the relevant national training authority C.5.2. All assessments carried out on this schedule must be recorded in a SWS wage assessment agreement and retained by the employer as a time and salary record in accordance with the law.
